Rice poppadum with veggie Salad

Ingredients

Rice popadoms
1/4 cup of red onions
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of grated cucumber
1/2 cup of grated cooked beetroot
Dash of lemon juice
4 tbsp of grapefruit juice
Toasted walnuts
Salt and pepper

Mix all the veggie ingredients, along with grapefruit juice, lemon juice, walnuts, salt and pepper. toast your rice poppadoms on the hob or warm it in the oven and top it with the veggies
