Lemon grass and Red jalapeno pepper chicken breasts

You will need:
2 chicken breast pieces
A handful of tenderstem Broccoli

For marinade:
Lemon grass
Sliced red jalapeno peppers
1 Kefir lime leaf
Bunch of coriander
Organic Olive or coconut oil or ghee
salt to taste

In a food processor or mixer throw all the marinade ingredients and make a paste.
Rub the marinade all over your chicken breast pieces and let it sit for 15 minutes or for an hour max if you have time.
Set your oven to 170c fan and let the chicken cook for 25- 30minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked for 20 minutes, start to make your broccoli.
Add ghee, coconut oil or olive oil and salt to your broccoli and mix well.
Serve on a plate. Remove your chicken and place it on top of your veggie and serve
